Info for Recruiters

Nice to meet you 👋

Thanks for taking the time to learn more about me and for considering me for your software engineering roles.

I’ve put together this page to be upfront about what I’m looking for in my next position, so we can quickly see whether there’s a good mutual fit. My goal is to make the process clear, respectful, and efficient for both of us.

Setting the Stage: Salary Expectations

Let’s talk about compensation. It may not be the most exciting part of a job search, but it’s an important one. While I’m deeply motivated by meaningful work and strong teams, compensation still needs to align — passion alone doesn’t pay the bills 😉💰

To be transparent: if the salary range isn’t a match, I’ll respectfully move on. I’ve found that clarity upfront saves time and helps everyone focus their energy where it makes sense 😊

I’ve built a small interactive tool below to give you a sense of the range I’m targeting for my next role. The numbers aren’t set in stone, but they should provide a helpful starting point for the conversation.
